眼下正值暑假,夏令营市场火爆。“新华视点”记者调查发现,一些夏令营被消费者吐槽为“排队营”“坑娃营”,消费体验不佳,市场亟待规范。例如,有的食品和生活卫生状况堪忧,有的隐形消费名目繁多,还有的层层转包经营,不顾学生体验和安全,一味压低开支。
夏令营是一种特殊的旅游产品,事关青少年的身心安全,必须有更高的准入门槛、更强的监管力度。所涉部门应协同发力,加大专项检查和处罚力度,严肃查处虚假宣传、校企利益输送等违法违规问题,排除安全隐患、规范市场秩序。同时,可引入黑名单制度,提高不良机构的违法违规成本。
