5月25日是全国大学生心理健康日,武汉大学珞珈学院心理健康教育中心向大学生们发出“关掉手机,挑战失联18小时”的活动倡议,200名大学生加入心理挑战。结果发现,参加活动期间,离开手机有一定焦虑情绪的人占56.2%;仍有39.6%的人使用了iPad等其他电子产品。
