钟秉林表示,学生社会发展型素养的形成需要通过校园学习和社会实践逐步实现,互联网教学不可能完全取代学校教育。关于完善互联网教学模式,他指出,互联网教学要加强师生、学生、人机之间的互动,要探索评价标准、体系和方式,加强对学生个性化的服务,及时评价反馈学生的学习效果,改善教师线上教学水平和能力,还应完善运行机制,厘清线上教学公益性和营利性之间的关系。
