一是加强干部培养;二是加强师训创新;三是加强网络研修。
一是加强干部培养。今年,10名正校级干部、25名副校级干部走上领导岗位。61名2015届后备干部中,有26名提拔到校级干部岗位上。99名优秀教师组建的新一期后备干部培训班,85后占36%,90后6名。
二是加强师训创新。由区内名师领衔,成立首批13个“学科工作坊”,以项目激励形式提升名师高端班培养实效。与台湾高雄师范大学教育学院签署教育合作框架协议,促进教师师训国际交流。
三是加强网络研修。深化“教师网络工作室和个人学习空间”应用,教育信息化试点项目顺利通过教育部验收。
