2016年1月5日，贵阳市教育局一行对玉溪市教育信息化项目进行了参观考察。考察组实地参观了玉溪四中运用玉溪教育云平台“云+端”教学，玉溪市师院附中数字化校园建设、录播教室授课和评价系统应用。随后，考察组来到玉溪市教育局录播教室，观看了玉溪市教育信息化专题片和玉溪教育云平台功能展示，并进行了座谈交流。贵阳市教育局电教馆馆长杨俊卿表示，通过参观玉溪市教育信息化建设从中获得了很多成功经验，从而相互促进教育信息化全面共同成长。
