时间：2015-12-11 12:00:00 发布 从2016年春季学期起，对民族自治州、自治县以外132个县的建档立卡贫困家庭在园幼儿免除保教费;对未实行“9+3”免费教育政策的集中连片特困地区29个县，其三年级在校学生按每生每学年1000元的标准给予生活补助;对全省贫困家庭中职学生在发放中职助学金的基础上，再给予每生每学期500元的生活补助;对贫困家庭新入学的本专科学生，按照每生每学年4000元的标准给予资助。
