1.生性寒凉的水果:主要有梨、哈密瓜、西瓜、火龙果、甜瓜、柿子等,来月经时食用寒凉水果,容易引起胃肠道刺激,可能出现腹痛、消化不良等症状。
2.酸涩难消化的水果:主要有柑橘、桑葚、芒果、枇杷、奇异果、杨桃等,月经期是女性较为特殊的时期,在此期间女性的抵抗力、免疫力较平时下降,如果吃酸涩难消化的水果,容易导致胃酸过多,影响消化,可能出现恶心、反酸、腹泻等症状。
建议患者多吃一些清淡、营养、易消化的食物,注意外阴卫生,勤换卫生巾和内裤,避免引发感染。若患者月经期间出现不适,且长期无法缓解,建议及时就医,在医生指导下进行治疗。
